Day 2,3,4,5 as the Leng Lui Lou Si

Decided no more calling these as the Kong PigPig version as now no more students call me that instead some call me leng Lui Lou si behind my back.

Yes behind my back cause I have spys to tell me all that.

*justkidding

I took this few days to understand my students more. I try to be friended them and in the mean time I try to be a responsible teacher.

Let's talk about what type of teacher-student relation that I hope I can attain in this short 8 weeks time.
1. Let's be PEER. Way more respect exist in peer relation than merely FRIEND relation. Since I am not many years elder than my students I don't want to always use my position as a TEACHER to pressure them. But Also I can't accept us to be friend, that's too casual. Peer would be someone who able to share your problems and to talk to.
2. Let's teach well. When talk about teaching, not to mention the form 3 History that I am taking over. I have only 1 class of English language. Luckily that's 4S1. If not I wouldn't know how it should be when lecturer comes and evaluate me. I hope I can bring them knowledge that they would appreciate. Not just text book syllabus but also in the other way. But I still haven't figure it out exactly heh. What do I want to teach and how am I gonna do it.

Currently what's on the hit in my teaching  life now is the darn PT3.
Most of you don't know wtf is that.
That's Kerja Tugasan Sejarah. Students need to write a full RENCANA, which is almost like the assignment that I used to do but it's in Malay Language.

IT'S TOUGHER THAN WHAT YOU COULD IMAGINE.

Basically I need to explain every elements in the PT3 in every class. I have 4 form 3 classes, and more than 40 students in each class. Just a rough calculation I have about 160 form 3 students. Not to mention another 2 form 4 classes that I am teaching.

I made the explaination over and over again. Of course one of the reasons is I am not experience enough in giving clear instructions and also students master different level of comprehensiveness. So it ended up I saying the same thing for this whole week in different classes and explain all over again to absent students who absent and those who don't understand my explanation in class.

Inspite of all these, I still think that my first week of being a secondary school yea her, simply AMAZING!

Everything will go fine.
