I finally been to this cafe after stay in Penang for more than 3 months.
This shop is actually very easy to find. I arrived there by using iPhone GPS, the map did bring us to the correct road, but obviously iOS map not able to direct us to the exact shop.
The address is 302 Chulia Street, Penang but the GPS literally brought us to somewhere like 382 or nearly 400.
The first impression when I got in was like.
._. Urgh
Ya know , they actually dont even have a proper signboard. So I thought this place again being beautified by the other bloggers or netizen.
haha but once I stepped in. It is a WOW!
So this is how it exactly look like from the outside
On the left is the counter and in here we pay right after we ordered. Not similar like the other cafes in Ipoh or elsewhere which customer only pay when they leave.
H.A.H.A This young handsome guy! I did ask for his permission when I took this picture. His colleague asked him to look at the camera and smile. But ya can know from this pic. He is concentrating.
But the little bread kiln there really amazed me!
Yooo. It's blocked by him. Just right behind him.
The seats actually being separated into four parts.
The first part would be somewhere in front of the counter.
The second part is in the courtyard. But I just cant remember clearly whether it is uncovered or not. (it's the picture above)
The third part is the place where I'seated.
And the last part is a smoking area I guess. There's only one table there. But that table is huge. And oh yea in this area there is another counter which sell juices and yogurt shake.
Is in the courtyard. Ha-ha! So I guess the courtyard is uncover ya.
And the little decoration in the shop.
It's just a painting on the wall!
There are a few this kinda boards in the shop. I saw one which written "This year, I wanna ....."
Ha-ha and I saw a Malay Guy ( he looked like is 30+) write there
[I wanna be str8...]
Ha-ha means now he is bent?
No doubts!
I wrote this.
To remind myself but now seems like FAIL!
Is the FOOD nawwwwwwwwwwww
I thought there will be cakes and desserts but later on I found out that it's homemade yogurt and bagel.
Kind of disappointing cause the yogurt just taste like what mom usually make at home for me.
Alalalal. I am not boosting bout my mom's skill. But it's quite pricey when you know the cost and it taste not much different from the thing which I normally get it FOC.
But it's undeniable that the bagel here is amazing and so do the cozy atmosphere.
The Walnut Raisin Yogurt, RM10. The yogurt are quite sour and puckery for me. But it taste okay with raisin and walnut especially raisin as the sweetness of raisin somehow cover the sourness.
This is the yogurt shake I mentioned earlier. Mango and Orange Yogurt Milkshake, RM13.
Againnnnnnnnn it taste the same as what mom did that's make me quite disappointing.
For those who dont like yogurt ordinary, this drink may just not for you cause it taste even awful then normal Nestle or DutchLady yogurt.
Sugar are added in those yogurt but this one I think they didn't add in sugar or in a very less amount.
I can feel the original taste of yogurt here!!
So actually it's heaven for organic food and yogurt lover.
Ah-hah! This is the Latte, RM10 which my sister ordered.
But it just taste literally like an Americano which is brown in color.
Should opt for other drinks next time for comparison.
Yayyy!! It's the BAGEL!!
It's really AMUSING!!
We waited for about half an hour and can know that it's highly in demand!
This is the Cream Chesse Bagel, RM5
There is another bagel which we not managed to order, that one cost RM10.
Look at the picture on left, it is so CRUNCHY outside but surprisingly chewy texture in mouth.
Awwww on the right is the cream and cheese in the bagel.
Oh my Gawd, saliva dripping.
And the last thing here, The MUGSHOT!!!!
One is not considered being here if The Mugshot is notTaken!!
Ah-Hah!
So here is The MUgshot!
