Ben & Lynette

Working as part time in Hush Puppies and I went to Ben & Lynette when I had my break.
Lol
Please clap for my geniusity.

At first I thought the food there just so so. I mean there are hell lot of cafes outside which have so comfy ambience and cute decoration but the food they served is overpriced which don't deserve such high price cause it's not that tasty pun.

I went to the Ben & Lynette before. It's the one next to Secret Garden. I had Turkey Carbonara and I think that it's too oily.

OVERALL, I AM NOT IMPRESSED.

But today My brain short circuit and I went to the Ben & Lynette branch in Ipoh Parade.

And.

I CHANGED MY MIND!

Maybe their turkey carbonara still remain less impressive. But the other dishes, generally it's not bad. I would give a thumbsup for Chicken Cordon Bleu!!!

I LOVE IT!

Look at how they set the dish. How they put the cordon bleu into that love shape. And the grilled mushroom, vege.

FABULOUS!!!!

Would highly recommend this!!

Let you have a closer look at the chicken breast meat which cover ham and cheese.

Nom nom nom.

Also ordered Alfredo. This is better than the beef Alfredo which I had in Harvest Time in Penang. The Alfredo there taste no different with carbonara. This one got a strong taste of certain herbs. I don't know what's the name of that herbs but I know I have tasted the same thing in different type of spaghetti.

This also impressed me lot. TIRAMISU!! That smooth texture when I had a spoonful of it. It got a little of alcohol but not that strong. Served in small size but satisfying. Gonna try other cake next time but I think it's not that worth it. Cause a small piece of cheese cake cost RM13.90 with that small size and also 10% service tax.
Kinda feel like not worth it. Better I go Twelve Cup or China House.

And stupid me this time also ordered Turkey Carbonara. It tasted the same as the one I had last time. Oily and made me lost my appetite.

Okie.

GOOD DAY COMES WITH GOOD FOOD.
